learning to design, finding the time…etc etc….hahaha…buts
its fun!
Self taken picture

Teddy Bear
What a nice teddy bear named Chris! Actually, Cindy bought this bracelet that
had Chris on it. I thought “Wow”! That is cool! She has my name
on it!! And she told me that when she was out people asked her if her name
was “Chris?” and she told me she would say “No, Chris is
my boyfriend!”. And everyone would go “Wah! You are so sweet!!” What
a nice story!! In fact, now I finally realize….Chris in fact meant “Christian
Doir!!”

house in the middle of nowhere! Big Garden, swimming pool, green house, flat
screen TV.
London Apartment
New Years Eve 2003. Here we are waiting for the countdown in London. We decided
not to go out and fight the crowds. Instead, we went home, opened up a bottle
of red wine, counted down and went to sleep at 12:30!! Guess we are getting
old.
The La Jolla
Renovated room at the LAX Hilton.
Austria
It was cold! And it was far! This was some chapel in Austria that the King’s
Son was murdered or something….can’t remember the story. Beautiful
surrounding….just like the Sound of Music.
Mona Lisa
Yep, the real thing, at the Lourve Musuem in Paris. It is actually really really
small! The painting is really dark too.

The New Time Warner Building at Columbus Circus in NYC. We visited this place
in March 2003. The restaurant and bars upstairs!

It is freezing in New York (march 2004). I borrowed Cindy’s ear muffs
here…
Mini
Cindy and I love this car…but our parents don’t think its safe
enough…well, we can always use it for local driving only, right?
London Eye
This pic was actually taken on the London Eye. This is the giant ferris wheel
in London. I am overlooking River Thames and Big Ben is somewhere behind
me. The weather was horrible when we visited. The line to buy the ticket
is also long! And the tickets were expensive!! But it was worth it! You gotta
hit the tourist spots!!
Pearl Necklace
This was designed by Cindy. Nice, huh?
Cheers!
After a hearty meal prepared by my love, we finish off with some red wine.
Paris
Don’t know what the river is called, but taken while we were near the

Paris during December! Raining and cold!!

at the Exit. I’m pointing at the ferris wheel on the picture. “That’s
where I was!”

the states! Woman are so hard to please!

My artistic photo of the new and old Lourve. The pyramid is actually the main
entrance to the Lourve museum. The museum is actually quite large. The entrance
part is quite modern with many cafes and some stores. The older parts have
some nice exhibits. There is one section called Napoleons’ Apartment…quite
interesting to see how he lived.
Sparks Steakhouse, NYC
Taken during our dinner with Lucky and Rioji. We waited like 40 minutes even
when we had a reservation. The steaks are pretty good. The restaurant is
famous for 2 things. The steaks and the fact that the largest mafia boss
in NYC was gunned down in front of it back in the 80’s.
Valentines Dinner 2004
This time, Cindy prepared a yum yum dinner with home baked bread, salad and
curry!! Of course red wines and candles too!
Ever send the movie, Cocktails?!
Here Master bartender makes a cosmo and apple martini for his super picky client
Cindy to choose from. He then gets her drunk and takes her home!! hahahaha
Mod Bar
This was the bar Cindy and I hung out while we were still just friends. The
place is not spectacular, but the bartenders (Dennis, Stone, Old 2, Sissy,
etc) and drinks are awesome . We use to come here at midnight and order food
and have a couple of drinks. We would chat about our love lives and I would
walk her home afterwards. I wanted to hold her hand everytime…but I
was so shy!
First Trip NYC
This was in July 2003 when we first went to NY to look for an apartment for
Cindy. It was so hot that I had to wear saddles and shorts. I never wear
saddles and shorts!! We had trouble looking for a place since it was July
4th weekend. Cindy happened to call a real estate agent. She was crap. She
showed us apartments in the projects. Ended up we looked for Apartment ourselves.
This picture was taken at Uncle David’s Apartment after we walked all
day suffering from heat exhaustion.
Hollywood 2002 August
This was before just before we started going out. So we were at Kodak Theatre
and had 4 hours to kill before dinner with her friends. When I saw this tour
bus for Celebrity Homes, we jumped on it (Well, I dragged her) and it took
us around all the movie satr homes in Hollywood (Britney Spears, Madonna,
George Clooney, Janet Jackson, etc etc). We were the last abroad and so we
had the back seats…very bumpy!!
Valentine 2003
It was Valentines Day and being the dumb me I didn’t make a reservation.
WHAT TO DO!?! Luckily, I have 20 cooks in the building and I went downstairs
and made my chef give me a hour instruction on preparing a valentines meal!!
Heehee. Of course, being the quick learner, my meal was excellent (except for
the overcooked steak!!) My dessert was fabulous wasn’t it darling?!!?
